Adventure Himalayan Travels and Treks is proud to arrange a brief 6-days long Halesi Mahadev Tour package that leads you through the ancient and revered region of Halesi Mahadev. Halesi Mahadev has been offered an equal status to the Pashupatinath Temple of Kathmandu and thus is regarded as the Pashupatinath of Eastern Nepal. Halesi Mahadev Tour follows the road into the hilly region located amid the two roaring rivers of Dudhkoshi and Sunkoshi.
Halesi Mahadev Tour is a tour to the Halesi Mahadev Temple which is securely positioned inside a mysterious cave. Buddhist Monk Padmasambhav is believed to have meditated in the cave of Halesi Mahadev. Three mysterious caves in the premise are referred as the three eyes of Lord Shiva. Major attractions of Halesi Mahadev Cave incorporate five different doors namely Ghopte Dwar, Janma Dwar, Pap Dwar, Dharma Dwar and Swarga Dwar. Halesi Mahadev is thus sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. After descending through the stairs at the walls of the cliff, we will arrive to the big red stone, revered as the images of Lord Shiva and his consort Parvati.

Representative from our - ‘Adventure Himalayan Travels’ will greet you in Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel where you will be shortly explained about your trekking package. You will spend the smooth night in our hotel.
Kathmandu Valley includes several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Pashupatinath (famous Hindu temple and cremation ground) Boudhanath (massive Buddhist stupa). We can also visit Swyambhunath, also known as Monkey Temple, which was built roughly 2000 years ago. Finally, we can visit Patan, city of fine arts. In the afternoon, you will be meeting with your trekking guide and will check all the necessary things. Overnight stay at the hotel.
A 35minutes flight from the domestic Airport of Kathmandu will take us to Lami Danda. Leaving Lami Danda behind, we will trek for about 5 hours to make it to Halesi Mahadev. Overnight at Halesi Mahadev.
We will explore around Halesi Mahadev, seeing the Buddhist monastery and visiting the Halesi Cave before making the trek back to Lami Danda. Overnight in a hotel in Lami Danda.
We will take a morning flight to Lami Danda to Kathmandu. You can take the rest of the day to explore or relax around the capital city. Farewell dinner in the evening and overnight at hotel.
Our representative will assist you in last moment preparation and will drive you back to Airport from where you will return to your beloved ones. We hope to see you again.
